The Best Bridal Shoot EVER!

I am so excited about these photos! The bridal portrait shoot with Ashley Huskins was a blast. She wanted to bring the groom with her on the shoot, which was an awesome idea!

The old saying about seeing the bride in her dress before the wedding day... well... I don't think they will have any bad luck at all. Plus, they have beautiful photos to remember the beginning of their love story together.

First of all, Kudos to Ashley for finding some great locations for her shoot. The location with the truck was an old family farm of Brandon's (the groom). Some of the other photos were taken down Cane River, and Bald Mountain. Ashley also had a beautiful dress, that she wanted to look like a "Vintage" gown, and I think she made a good choice.

I saw the low water bridge as we drove by, and knew we had to stop! The sky was dark grey, but the sun was shining directly on the bridge. I tried to get some good shots from the river bank, but it just wasn't enough. So, I took off into the middle of the river in my converse shoes, camera in hand, praying that my clumsyness wouldn't happen just yet. It was well worth it!

After that, Brandon drove us up to his grandfather's farm, which was mostly a cow pasture, and a few barns. It was kinda dusty up there, so my wet dress pants were now "mud up to my knees" pants. All is well though, it didn't bother me and I got some great shots up there. I wish I could just pick up that old truck and bring it home with me, I don't think I'd ever get tired of taking pictures of it!

I believe that ALL brides should bring their hubby's to be with them on the bridal shoot! They also had a table at their wedding reception with some large photos from the bridal shoot, and everyone went crazy over them! I tried not to let my head swell too much, but it was great to hear all the lovely compliments about my work.

I will post their wedding photos as soon as I get finished with them, but that's another story.
